The base 5000MA lithium battery (rechargeable) provides power, which are the open button on the left and the Bluetooth open button on the right. The inner lining can be loaded with 4 AAA batteries (unplug the inner lining at the back of the head and put the battery box in the bag), turn on the switch at the bottom of the right side of the helmet, the sound effect will sound and the eyes will light up simultaneously, touch on the right side of the helmet The mask can be automatically opened and closed by touching it again. The mask can be removed separately, and it can be magnetically reset by aligning it with the hole when reinstalling it. - Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH
Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.
