Earning

You earn 2 Sugoi Points per Australian dollar spent on products on our website (2.5% back). Shipping, deposits, Afterpay, Wallet payments, special or custom orders and price-matched orders do not earn points. PayPal Pay in 4 does earn points. With a coupon, points are based on what you actually pay.

Pending and available

Points are Pending from the moment you order and become Available once we ship. Contact support if they do not appear after shipping.

Using points

80 points = $1 off, with no minimum. Points can pay up to 90% of the cart total; at least 10% must be paid another way. Points work on new orders only, not on balance invoices for pre-order deposits.

Expiry

Points from purchases currently do not expire. Any change will be announced first.

Cancelled orders

Cancelled orders earn no points, and points used on a cancelled order are lost.

Older orders

Points cannot be added for orders before 1 October 2019, when the program started.

Questions

Why no points with Afterpay?

Afterpay fees are higher. PayPal Pay in 4 is a pay-later option that does earn points.

What if I cancel?

A cancelled order earns no points, and any points used on it are lost.

Do older orders count?

Only orders from 1 October 2019 onwards.
