Every 80 points cashes in for one dollar off your order. 800 points = $10. 1600 points = $20. No minimum, no rounding tricks.
One-tap redeem.
Checkout shows your full balance and the maximum you can apply. Points can cover up to 90% of the cart total, so a small portion still pays through your normal payment method. Hit Redeem and the discount drops onto the order total instantly.
Combine with coupons.
Points and coupon codes work together in the same order. Use both, lower the total, still earn points on what you actually pay.
What doesn't earn.

Shipping costs and deposit payments don't earn points. Pay in Full at the product page if you want points on the whole order.
AfterPay & Wallet.
AfterPay carries higher merchant fees, so it can't earn points right now. Wallet payments are also excluded due to system limits. PayPal Pay in 4 still earns.
Special / custom orders.
Special and custom orders don't earn reward points. Balance invoices on existing preorders also can't be paid with points.
Program rules.
Earning
You earn 2 Sugoi Points for every Australian Dollar spent on products through our website, which works out to 2.5% back in points. Eligible items show the points you'll earn directly under the purchase price.
Shipping, deposit payments, AfterPay payments, Wallet payments, and special / custom orders do not earn points. PayPal Pay in 4 is treated as a normal payment and does earn points.
Pending vs available
Points sit in Pending from the moment your order is placed and flip to Available once we ship the order. If you haven't seen your points land after shipment, contact our support team and we'll sort it.
Redeeming
The conversion is 80 points = $1 OFF. At checkout you'll see your total balance and how many points you can spend on the current order. Click Redeem and the points convert to a dollar discount on the order total.
Points can be redeemed for a maximum of 90% of the cart total per order. At least 10% of the order must still be paid via your normal payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). The checkout will automatically cap the maximum points you can apply.
Reward points can only be redeemed on new orders during checkout. They cannot be used to pay remaining balance invoices on preorder deposits.
Coupons
You can combine points and coupons in the same order. Points earned will match your actual amount paid, not the original price.
Expiry
Points earned from purchases currently do not expire. This policy is subject to change without notice; any changes will be announced before they take effect.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled, you will not receive any points for that order. If you used points to pay for an order that's later cancelled, those redeemed points are forfeited and cannot be returned. Plan around this when you cancel.
Retroactive points
We are not able to offer points for orders placed before 1 October 2019, including preorders, because the loyalty program launched on that date.

How fast do points come through?
+Points appear in Pending status as soon as you place an order. They become Available the moment we ship the order. If you don't see them land after shipping, get in touch and we'll fix it.
Can I pay 100% of my order with points?
+Not quite. Points can cover up to 90% of the cart total per order, so at least 10% needs to be paid through your normal payment method (card, PayPal Pay in 4, etc.). The checkout automatically caps the maximum points you can apply.
Why didn't I earn points on my deposit payment?
+Deposit payments don't earn reward points. To earn points on the full order, choose Pay in Full at the product page instead of paying a deposit.
Why can't I earn points with AfterPay or Wallet?
+AfterPay carries higher merchant fees, so we can't currently offer points on those orders. We recommend PayPal Pay in 4 as an alternative buy-now-pay-later option that does earn points. Wallet payments are excluded due to system limitations. We're working on both.
Can I stack points with a coupon code?

What happens to my points if I cancel an order?
+Cancelled orders earn no points. If you used points on an order that's then cancelled, those redeemed points are forfeited and cannot be returned. Cancel with that in mind.
Can I use points to pay a balance invoice on a preorder?
+No. Points can only be applied to new orders at checkout. Remaining balance invoices on existing preorder deposits cannot be paid with reward points.
Can I get points for orders I placed before joining?
+No. We can only offer points for orders placed after the loyalty program launched on 1 October 2019. Earlier orders, including preorders, can't be credited retroactively.
