Our story.
Sugo Toys started in 2018 the same way every great collector starts: chasing one piece, missing it, and refusing to let that happen again. What began as a small import operation out of Sydney has grown into one of Australia's go-to homes for premium anime statues, garage kits, and Japanese pop-culture collectibles.
We are the official Australian distributor for some of the most respected studios in the industry - Tsume Art, XM Studios, JND Studios, PureArts, Infinity Studio, Mighty Jaxx, Kaiyodo, Good Smile Company, Hot Toys, Kotobukiya, Banpresto, Megahouse and more. Every piece we list is sourced direct from licensed manufacturers. No fakes, no shortcuts.
Today we run three NSW storefronts, ship orders Australia-wide, and chase release windows across Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul and Paris on behalf of customers who care as much as we do. The brands have grown bigger, the warehouse has grown busier, but the brief has not changed: find the right piece, hold it, ship it like it matters.

We hunt rare drops across Japan, China, Korea and the EU. Not every release makes the cut. The shelf is small on purpose - we list pieces we would buy ourselves.

Can I see the pieces in person before I buy?

Yes. Our Haymarket and Hurstville retail stores carry curated in-stock displays seven days a week. The Padstow warehouse runs as Click & Collec Only. Addresses and hours are above.
Do you ship internationally?

Selected pieces only. Most premium statues are licensed for AU/NZ distribution and cannot ship overseas. For oversized international shipping options, contact us with the order details and we will quote DHL or self-arranged options.

Why are pre-orders such a big part of the catalogue?

High-end statues are produced in low edition counts and almost always sell out at the studio level before they hit Australia. Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee a piece. We chase the supplier, hold your slot, and email when ETAs shift. See the pre-order policy for the full breakdown.
