Q. How do I contact you?
You can contact us by sending email to: [email protected]
We will generally send you a reply within 48 hours.

Alternatively, you can send us a message through Facebook, WhatsApp, Line or WeChat!

Q. Can I pick up my online order from your warehouse?
Yes, you can collect your items from our warehouse/showroom at Peakhurst NSW 2210, please contact our support to book for an appointment.

Q. I can’t find the item that I want, can you get them in stock?
Feel free to contact us if you need items that are not already in the store, we will try to find them and get back to you with a quote if possible.

Product Questions

Q. Does Sugo Toys sell genuine products?

Yes! All our product is genuine and purchased from authorised distributors of said brand.

Q. Can I receive a discount if I order x amount?

At Sugo Toys we do our best to offer the lowest possible prices for our items. As such, we are unfortunately unable to offer additional discounts for large orders, etc.

Q. An item in my order is now listed as sold out! Will I receive the item?

Don’t panic. Stock for your order has already been secured if you have already placed an order for the item and it has been confirmed. “Sold out” means we are unable to accept new orders for the item.

Q. What payment methods are available?
Sugo Toys accept payment in credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, AfterPay (AU & NZ), Humm (AU), bank transfer (AU), WeChat, and Alipay.

We also offer 3 types of payment plan options: Credit Card (Global), Direct Debit (AU & NZ), PayPal Invoice (Contact support).

Q. What currency do you use?
All payment will be charged in Australian dollars.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Domestic orders

  • Standard Australia Post with tracking and signature.
  • Express Australia Post with tracking and signature. (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA)

International orders

  • Standard EMS (7-14 business days)
  • Express EMS (3-7 business days)

Q. What is the shipping cost? 

The shipping cost is $9.90 per orders and ‘Free Shipping’ for shipment value above $200 AUD within Australia. Please check our shipping page for international shipping.

Q. Can I change my shipping method or address?

If you would like to change the shipping method or update the address for your order, please email to [email protected] with your order number before dispatch.

Q. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to anywhere in Australia.
For international order please enter your address at checkout to see the international shipping fee.
