I'm in the US, will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments, checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

    They fit comfortably on the 1/6 rotating turntable bases too.

    The crotch and the hip grabber's surface are a bit rough, need a bit of sanding to avoid damaging the figure.

    Other than that it does its job as a figure stand.
