- We can address the majority of issues, including paint flaws, broken parts, chips, scratches, cracks, and joint issues, among others. However, we are unable to repair electrical or lighting-related issues, as well as problems with leather materials. Please complete the aftersales form for us to evaluate the repairability of your item. Do not return the item to us without receiving confirmation first.
- Please note that our repair services are exclusively available for products purchased directly from Sugo Toys.
Unboxing Video & Free Repairs
For major damages where replacement stock is unavailable, we will provide a complimentary repair within Australia, provided you submit an unboxing video as per our guidelines to claim free initial repairs. If you don’t have an unboxing video, we will assess the damage and offer solutions on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We will cover all necessary shipping costs within Australia for major damages to ensure your item is repaired to your satisfaction. For international orders, the customer will need to cover the shipping cost for returning the item.
