Introducing the Loona Smart Robot Petbot Go Ver. This adorable robot petbot from Keyi Tech is designed to win hearts with its expressive face, complete with moving eyes and ears. But Loona is not just any petbot, it’s a versatile companion that can do everything from sneezing to fetching, just like a real dog. And it doesn’t stop there – Loona can also dance, pose for pictures, and even serve as a remote assistant, keeping an eye on your home when you’re away with its built-in RGB 720p camera.

But Loona is more than just looks. Packed with smart technology, this four-wheeled robot has the brains to match its appearance. Equipped with six motors and a range of sensors, microphones, and a speaker, Loona can learn and be programmed to perform a variety of activities. Its quad-core Cortex A53 CPU, clocked up to 1.5 GHz, and dual-core BPU with 5 TOPS processing power ensure optimal performance.

This funny-looking bot weighs 2.4 lb (1.1 kg) and measures 8.3″ (210 mm) in length, 6.8″ (172 mm) in width, and 6.8″ (172 mm) in height, making it a portable companion that can accompany you anywhere.

Loona operates on a 1,350 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and it comes with its own charging station that it can automatically return to. With over 700 expressions, face recognition, body detection, gesture and object recognition, and emotion perception, Loona is more than just a robotic toy – it’s a companion that understands your voice commands and provides feedback, powered by Amazon Lex.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

+
Yes, for in-stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit at 0% fee (Sugo wallet, no expiry) or a refund to your card with a 5% fee. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. Pre-orders are not covered here, the pre-order policy applies.

The key terms.

// 02 · Before you order
// 01 · Deposit

Non-refundable

The deposit secures the slot we reserve with the supplier. If you cancel, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee (15% on full-payment / plan orders).
// 02 · 3-day grace

Store credit

Change your mind within 3 days of ordering and we convert the deposit to store credit instead of forfeiting it. Excludes in-stock, custom & first/overseas batches.
// 03 · Price lock

No rise

If the price goes up before it lands, you still pay your pre-order price, deposit or full payment. Only non-pre-order buyers pay the new price.
// 04 · If we can't fulfil

Full refund

If the supplier drops the release or shorts our allocation, we refund the deposit in full. The one case where the deposit comes back in cash.

Common Qs.

// 03 · Pre-order FAQ

Is the deposit refundable?

+
No. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, it counts toward your final balance. The only exception is if we cannot fulfil the order due to limited supply, in which case you get a full refund.

When do I pay the rest?

+
The balance is due when the item lands at our warehouse, you have 14 days from the arrival email to settle. Prefer to spread it out? Choose Payment Plan at checkout, or contact us to arrange instalments before arrival.

What happens if I cancel?

+
If you ordered with a deposit, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee. If you paid in full or on a plan, the fee is 15% of the item total. Two ways to avoid losing it: cancel within 3 days (converted to store credit) or transfer the order to someone else at no fee, email support.

Why has the ETA changed?

+
Pre-order dates are estimates set by the manufacturer and can move with production, freight or QC. Our date may also differ from the maker's site because of shipping time to Australia. We email you when an ETA shifts, and your slot stays reserved.

Will the price go up on me?

+
No. We honour your pre-order price whether you paid a deposit or in full. If the price rises by the time stock lands, only customers who did not pre-order pay the new price.

Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items?

+
Yes. We hold the in-stock items so the whole order ships together when the pre-order lands. Want the in-stock items first? Email support, a separate shipping fee applies for the split.

Should I pre-order something as a gift for a set date?

+
We do not recommend it. Release dates are estimates and can shift by weeks or months without notice. If a fixed date matters, wait until the item is listed as In Stock.
