The hat is a bit of a let down. It looks the part but there is a base stitched in which prevents it being pulled down over the head (perhaps to protect the rooted hair), but the company is offering a replacement free with the purchase of subsequent figures. The clothing is close to the movie and the base is of Bilbo's front gate which is a nice touch.
I'm happy with the re-release and I would purchase futures figures from this company.
