I'm in the US, will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments, checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

    A decent case for a starting collector like myself. The case itself is pretty solid, the back panel's screwed in nicely. Forgot to order the power supply though, so I'll review the lighting once I piggyback it off of the next order.
    One glaring shortcoming would be that the side panels are secured by four small magnets which are sadly easily knocked out. Because the magnets are simply drilled into the acrylic panel, that's just one way road to a big crack. So long as you're careful with it and maybe secure it with a small strip of clear tape, it serves its purpose.
