Light description:
- “CHAOS” is equipped with four lights on the front, rear, left, and right sides. There are four lights on the top.
Light mode description:
- Normal mode: Normal mode mainly illuminates the model play in all directions, with specific lighting settings, so that the model play display is simple and beautiful
- Head sculpting mode: Deeply portray the head sculpted face of Diwan! Delicate and special, highlighting the authenticity of the head sculpture and the details
- Deep mode: The ultimate portrayal of the personality of the characters in the model, through the setting of the front and the dark, creating a deep and mysterious visual sense
- Hero Mode: The best lighting option for personal heroism in the simulation model. The simulation in this mode can show the heroism to the greatest extent
- Light-color mode: A light mode set up for light-color models, suitable for models with a lighter subject, adding a sense of hierarchy
- Color mode: a lighting mode set up for the model play of bright colors, suitable for the model play where the main color is brighter, and increase the sense of hierarchy
- Player mode: In this mode, players can perform DIY lighting combinations. Each of the lights in the box has four settings. You can switch freely. You can combine more than 65,000 DIY light effects.
Boxes connection and power supply:
- “CHAOS” Pro has three power sockets, which are located in front of the bottom left groove, in front of the bottom right groove, and behind the top left groove. All three sockets can be connected with power adapters and cables
- “CHAOS” Pro completes the parallel connection by wiring up, down, left, and right.
- The left and right parallel connection of the box is completed through the bottom slot, and the top side is open, which is only used for the box parallel connection
Power adapter:
12V-6A power adapter can supports six 「CHAOS」PRO display boxes to use power.
-This product can be supported by the power adapter with an input voltage of 12V and a maximum input current of 6A. Please do not use a power supply that exceeds the aforementioned voltage and current.

- Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
- Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS
We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH
Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.
The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE
When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.
RETURN
All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
- In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
- Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
- Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
