I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

    One of the best female "military" figures in 1/12th scale. I gave 4 stars as it could have had more accessories like pistols, fists or mask but for the pre-order price I cannot really complain. The whole set can feel a bit underwhelming. One drawback is maybe the hair which can be all over the place sometimes lol.
