Prime 1 takes you into the captivating world of Fullmetal Alchemist, where alchemy is a powerful science governed by the law of equivalent exchange. The legendary duo Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye are brought to life in this 19-inch statue.

The artisans at Prime 1 took great care in designing and capturing the dynamic energy of Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye in action. Roy, the charismatic Flame Alchemist, leaps into action, with sparkles surrounding his hand as he prepares to unleash fire magic. Riza, the loyal lieutenant, is crouched on one knee, providing cover fire with sharp focus. Their deep bond and mutual trust are central to many pivotal moments in the series, recreated beautifully in this sculpt. The textures and shading of every material are crafted to perfection, from the wrinkles of Colonel Mustang’s uniform to Lieutenant Hawkeye’s rifle wood grain, along with their loyal canine companion, Black Hayate.

The Deluxe Version includes multiple swappable parts for both characters for more flexibility in your storytelling. Mustang gets a set of arms with ignition cloth gloves and another right arm with a snapping finger pose. He also has a swappable head part with a different facial expression. Riza gets a swappable arm set with a handgun.

The base features the crest of Amestris, surrounded by flames and smoke. Prime 1’s painters have used a paint gradation technique for the flames, adding a realistic look that simulates glowing without LEDs. This statue is bound to amaze any fans who see it.

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

  1. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
  2. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
  3. In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
  4. Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  5. Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
  6. Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
