For Australian Customer:

All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

The exclusive box did have some minor damage at the bottom, but its more of a manufacturing fault since it was packaged well and got to me in a really good condition.

Probably the most detailed Genshin Impact figure so far. The base takes up almost double the space as the actual figure but makes sense since there are a fair amount of props to be displayed with it.

The switch to turn on the light by using the big scroll is a neat feature too.

Packaging is was really good with the packing foam to protect the wooden crate and figure inside.

Customer service from Sugo Toys was top notch and answered any questions I had.

An excellent Quality figure, with great attention to detail, yet very easy to install.

The crate is also nice, even though it makes the delivery fee very high. Great ningguang poster too.

Customer service in Sugo Toys is also good, with quick responses despite dealing with the very frustrating customs situation sending items to the Philippines.
