Shipping and Return

For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- Australia Post (eParcel)
- EMS (International)

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

    Great just what I wanted. I was looking for a industrial robotic arm for display, and believe me I looked everywhere there were many similar sized options from other marketplaces but this was the cheapest and looks good too.
    I took one star off because the instructions were a bit unclear, I probably should have used Google Lens to actually translate the instructions but I didn't and based on the drawing with arrows, I thought it was telling me to "unscrew" the grey screw. This screw was plastic and would not budge and I mistakenly used a screwdriver to try to turn it which made a mark because it's plastic.
    Since I misunderstood the instructions I also attempted to just adjust the arm into position by force and the joints would not budge. Turns out you have to "pull" the first lowest joint outwards to the side (that's what the arrows meant) then you can twist the position and the joint will spring back in the new position.
    Also only the first lowest joint is movable, I carefully pulled the other joints apart and they only fit in one position but it's not much of a problem because you can find a good looking position by just adjusting the first joint.

    I guess it was mainly user error on my part, but the instructions could be in english or drawn a little clearer. I am the type to always read the instructions for every product, but even I made the mistake of misunderstanding them.

    So great product, just MAKE SURE you DO NOT FORCE the position of the arms or try to loosen the grey screw like I did. Luckily I did not use too much force, but someone heavy handed could accidentally break the plastic mechanism it's made out of and I don't think you would want that to happen.
