How fast will my order ship?
+We aim to pick, pack & dispatch within 48 hours of a paid order from our Padstow (Sydney) warehouse. You get an email with tracking the moment it leaves. Pre-orders ship once stock lands — see the Pre-Order tab.
How much is shipping?
+Free over $200 AUD Australia-wide. Under $200 it is a flat $9.95 to NSW · VIC · ACT · QLD, or $15.95 to WA · NT · TAS · SA. International rates show at checkout.
I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?
+No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
+Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
+Yes, for in-stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit at 0% fee (Sugo wallet, no expiry) or a refund to your card with a 5% fee. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. Pre-orders are not covered here — the pre-order policy applies.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
+Yes — our Padstow showroom (90 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211) by appointment. Email [email protected] to book a time.
What about heavy or oversized statues?
+Most items ship free over $200. Items over 22 kg or 0.25 m³ may carry a regional freight surcharge to remote areas. We always contact you with a quote before dispatch — you can approve, use your own courier, or cancel.

Non-refundable
The deposit secures the slot we reserve with the supplier. If you cancel, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee (15% on full-payment / plan orders).

Store credit
Change your mind within 3 days of ordering and we convert the deposit to store credit instead of forfeiting it. Excludes in-stock, custom & first/overseas batches.

No rise
If the price goes up before it lands, you still pay your pre-order price — deposit or full payment. Only non-pre-order buyers pay the new price.

Full refund
If the supplier drops the release or shorts our allocation, we refund the deposit in full. The one case where the deposit comes back in cash.

Is the deposit refundable?
+No. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable — it counts toward your final balance. The only exception is if we cannot fulfil the order due to limited supply, in which case you get a full refund.
When do I pay the rest?
+The balance is due when the item lands at our warehouse — you have 14 days from the arrival email to settle. Prefer to spread it out? Choose Payment Plan at checkout, or contact us to arrange instalments before arrival.
What happens if I cancel?
+If you ordered with a deposit, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee. If you paid in full or on a plan, the fee is 15% of the item total. Two ways to avoid losing it: cancel within 3 days (converted to store credit) or transfer the order to someone else at no fee — email support.
Why has the ETA changed?
+Pre-order dates are estimates set by the manufacturer and can move with production, freight or QC. Our date may also differ from the maker's site because of shipping time to Australia. We email you when an ETA shifts, and your slot stays reserved.
Will the price go up on me?
+No. We honour your pre-order price whether you paid a deposit or in full. If the price rises by the time stock lands, only customers who did not pre-order pay the new price.
Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items?
+Yes. We hold the in-stock items so the whole order ships together when the pre-order lands. Want the in-stock items first? Email support — a separate shipping fee applies for the split.
Should I pre-order something as a gift for a set date?
+We do not recommend it. Release dates are estimates and can shift by weeks or months without notice. If a fixed date matters, wait until the item is listed as In Stock.
