The DSPIAE SS-S01 Sanding Sponge Set 1 is a perfectly versatile tool beloved by hobbyists and professionals. Comprising a range of different grit sizes and sponge thicknesses, it’s both high-quality and adaptable for a variety of projects.

The set allows users to employ coarser grains for parts requiring less precision in sanding. The block is crafted using EVA material, which is soft, flexible, and well-suited for sanding curved edges. Grit sizes are color-coded and clearly labeled, easing the selection process, and enhancing tool organization.

The unique aspect of this set is the available thickness options. Users can choose between 2mm, 3mm, and 5mm, making this sponge set befitting for diverse scenarios. The set provides two pieces for each thickness per grain, thereby doubling up on possibilities.

The sanding sponge can be tailored to desirable size, providing further customization. For optimum usage, it’s recommended to hold the sponge with the index and middle finger, applying pressure with the index finger. As its made of viscoelastic material, you can rely on it to return back to original shape after use.

The DSPIAE SS-S01 Sanding Sponge Set includes a convenient 5-bay storage box, making it easier to organize and keep your sponges ready to hand.

Note that each piece can be purchased individually as well, providing a valuable option to easily replenish the set.

The standard size for all sponges in the set is 72 x 20mm, making them suitable for varied applications.

For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
