No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

    The execution of weight balance to ensure the figure sits safely is exquisite. And the quality of smart assembly ensured that there was just no chance of not doing things correctly. There is also the decision to magnetise assembly points, removing the risk of breakage while putting things together.
    It was very well worth the money spent.
