🔸 For minor damages, we'll strive to coordinate replacement parts with the studio. In some cases, you might need to fix the statue with glue. A bit of hands-on ability will be required. At Sugo Toys, we can also offer local repair services in Australia (AU) for issues such as paint chips or breakages.

I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.
