No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

My only concern is that the sock clash with the piece of metal that will make the statue stand; so Lucas can't "wear" it unless you put a hole in the sock.
