All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. Amazing Figure! I love the detail and it is the perfect size, big but not to big to fit on my shelf. I am in the US and I thought shipping was going to be a problem but I was surprised that shipping was only 3 weeks from order to door step. The figure arrived VERY well packed with lots of bubble wrap. I will be ordering from SUGO again!

J’adore ma xx figurine! Elle est braiment magnifique et les couleurs sont très belle . J’adore les détails comme les petits coussins des pâtes de Ranga etc . La base est magnifique, mais j’ai eu de la misère à mettre vraiment rimuru à la bonne place . C’est une de mes figurines de rimuru qui sera toujours spécial pour moi . Sugo on fait un très bon travail coter emballage et la boîte était en parfait état :)

Apex did an amazing job.
Definitely recommend this figure, if you‘re a slime isekai fan.
Only downside was the packaging. Wrote in the notes that they should please pack it well, since the Austrian Post is not careful with packages and the only protection it had was a single layer of bubble wrap.

A fantastic figure! It arrived in great condition and I could not be happier with how it turned out. The base doesn't have any pegs for Rimuru or Ranga but it does have grooves that they slot into nicely. The paint, sculpt, pose, and base are so gorgeous and I am so so happy to have this figure!

The base is gorgeous - probably the best in my collection - and Rimuru and Ranga fit together perfectly. Such a wholesome figure - it makes me happy every time I look at it! Highly recommend :)
