No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

    Didn't open it up until recently. I wasn't going to get this one but last year's EOFY sale price was hard to pass up. Didn't expect the level of quality from this studio. Very nice details and paint work. Came with a heavy base, a nice printed box and acrylic card. Didn't want to put the skirt on and have paint transfer so I left it off. Happy with this pick-up and adding a character to the Star Rail collection.
