For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

    Would like a few more model support options, the clasp is very large for even most 1/100 gunpla. Otherwise irs great.

    The latch-pin mechanism that you use to attach the clamp onto the bracket's pretty rough to use- on one of the alternate holder, the plastic bit's a smidgen too thick so that I cannot flip the latch to lock it into place- not without breaking something anyway.
    The photo just demonstrates what sort of mechanism I'm talking about, and disclosure: it is inserted the wrong way in the photo because you're supposed to put the flat end first, and then slide the latch end before flipping it to lock it.
    So that means if you got a clamp that may be a fraction of a mm too thick, the pin's not gonna fit well enough for you to actually lock it. Meaning, it can only hold so much as its natural friction of the plastic can hold and no more. Kinda sad because it was for the alternate clamp that I was looking forward to the most.

    I really like this - so much that I plan to buy some more and link them together. I use my figures to pose for artworks, and this gives the ability to position them in the air, on the ground, running dynamically - it is strong so can hold them fast, with many options of rod placing, grippers etc... to work with 1.12 or 1.6 models. Really impressed and pleased.
