Mollymauk Tealeaf’s goal in life was to bring happiness to those he encountered, and his captivating appearance and attitude certainly made him stand out. This dashing devilkin performer left a lasting impression on the Mighty Nein during their early adventures. The statue features Mollymauk Tealeaf donning his iconic campaign-opening costume, adorned in vibrant colors and intricate patterns that make him truly memorable. With his twin scimitars by his side, he prepares to showcase his mysterious blood magic, while his eye-catching hooded cloak is adorned with symbols and geometric accents in a stunning array of colors.
Designed to complement the other members of the Mighty Nein collection, the statue stands on a hexagonal faux-stone figure base engraved with the Mighty Nein team monogram. All the intricate details of Mollymauk’s body and portrait are highlighted, including his metallic horn jewelry, purple complexion, piercing red eyes, and carefully inked tattoos. - Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS
We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH
Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.
The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:
- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE
When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- EMS (International)
Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.
RETURN
All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
- In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
- Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
- Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
