And that’s why, to celebrate the multitude of ways The Joker is the best super villain ever, Prime 1 Studio offers you, the loyal DC fans, his most expressive statue to date! In the 39 inches tall “Say Cheese”, we find that The Joker has gotten the drop on Robin and bound him tightly! And right as the Ace of Knaves releases an aerosolized version of his toxic Joker Venom, which threatens to suffocate the Boy Wonder, The Joker chooses this exact moment to call The Caped Crusader and taunt him! The Joker truly possesses a warped mind!
Prime 1 Studio artists worked together to fully realize the Harlequin of Hate at the top of his game. They have sculpted The Joker’s suit to impeccable exactness, crafting the perfect wrinkles, pleats, seams, and textures to reveal that his style is as important as his substance. The Joker’s grimace carries the fatal malice in his heart as he stares face to face with Batman. Prime 1 made sure to take the comic book references seriously and sculpt the perfect hair, lines and expression into The Joker’s face. The painters have been hard at work rendering this statue with the utmost heightened realism to bring you a dazzlingly colorful figure! The depth and volume of The Joker’s face are subtly rendered with fine airbrushing, his suit is a powerful purple, which sets off the verdant greens of the rest of the statue.
The Joker has been equipped with a mobile phone on a selfie stick, with which he is probably offering The Batman some sort of last-minute deal for Robin’s life. While in his other hand, Prime 1 has crafted a finely detailed cane, which shows off the level of care and craftsmanship they have put into this creation!
Last but not least, The Joker is standing on an imperiled Robin, as Joker Venom gas is quickly enveloping him. Not a mere throwaway base embellishment, this Robin has received as much attention as the rest of the statue in detail and appearance. Prime 1 imbued the gas swirling around him with an ethereal quality through their lifelike sculpting and talented paintwork. All you need to do is turn the statue to reveal and enjoy even more easter eggs included in this one-of-a-kind offering that is sure to delight fans of The Joker and of Prime 1 Studio alike.

- Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
- Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
- Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS
We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH
Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.
The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.
RETURN
All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
- In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
- Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
- Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
