What’s Inside?

Each Sugo Toys Mystery Box contains at least two items, with the total number increasing depending on the box’s value. Items include official merch, collectible figures, plushies and cool gadgets, along with some exclusive surprises that aren’t listed on our website. By default, large-scale statues and NSFW products are not included, but you can request them through our “Make a Wish” feature. If we are unable to fulfill your box completely, we’ll issue store credit for the difference.

• Adding Extra Value: Customers have the option to increase the value of their Mystery Box by adding between $20 and $500 AUD. This will increase the quantity and/or quality of the items. Please note, this extra amount is non-refundable and does not guarantee specific products.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If any item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or alternative solution.
