Mystic energy beams encompass New York city as dimensional portals of a multiverse, above where his house and base of operations are. In a magic mansion, known as the Sanctum Sanctorum, the Sorcerer Supreme hovers levitating with the aid of his sentient Cloak of Levitation and casts spells that manifest as translucent mandalas from his hands. As if they were crossing those portals, Iron Studios presents their statue of Doctor Strange, inspired by the second movie of Marvel’s most loved sorcerer.

After beating the interdimensional entity ruler of the Dark Dimension known as Dormammu, Stephen Strange, Dr. Strange, faced Thanos together with the Avengers and his friend and partner Wong in the events of Avengers: Endgame, reversing the damages caused by The Mad Titan and his Infinity Gauntlet. Shortly after, he was wanted by Peter Parker that asked for his help after having his identity as Spider-Man publicly revealed by the villain Mysterio, Stranger conjured a spell to erase that memory from everyone’s minds, but Peter’s interference during its execution corrupted the spell, opening portals to other alternate realities. After an old ally that became his enemy interferes with his plans, Strange triggers an unspeakable evil and is forced to confront a new and dangerous threat, traveling through a multiverse of different realities to face a new and mysterious opponent. Connected with the Disney+ series WandaVision and Loki, the movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness brings back the actor Benedict Cumberbatch as the mystic hero, carrying on Phase Four of the MCU, where reality might collapse thanks to the same spell that brought Spider-Man villains from other universes to the Avengers’ world.

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- EMS (International)

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

  1. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
  2. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
  3. In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
  4. Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  5. Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
  6. Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
