Based on the world of Judge Dredd from the pages of the bestselling British comic, 2000 AD, this figure is a must-have for fans.

Hailing from another dimension, Judge Death is the undead mass murderer who believes that life itself is a crime because crime is committed by the living. Along with his fellow Dark Judges, Judge Death is the greatest nemesis of Judge Dredd and Anderson. These undead zombie Judges are on a mission to extinguish all life!

The Hiya Toys 2000 AD Exquisite Super Series Judge Death ESJ0054 Figure features hyper-detailed design and includes all-new accessories and materials. The figure stands at 6.5 inches tall and is made of high-quality PVC and ABS. With 18 points of articulation, it allows for various dynamic poses. The figure comes with interchangeable heads and hands, as well as fabric clothing for added realism.

The box includes a variety of extras to enhance your display. It includes three pairs of alternate hands, two alternate mouths, an alternate head, a sinister hourglass, a skull, a human heart, two dimension jump globes, and a trail of ectoplasm for when Death is in his ‘spirit’ form. Also included is a stand for easy and stylish showcasing of the figure.

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

*These are only guidelines based on our experience with delivery times. Delivery times will vary especially during peak / festive seasons.

SECURE POSTAGE

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- Australia Post (eParcel)
- EMS (International)

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

  1. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
  2. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
  3. In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
  4. Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  5. Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
  6. Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
