How fast will my order ship?

We aim to pick, pack & dispatch within 48 hours of a paid order from our Padstow (Sydney) warehouse. You get an email with tracking the moment it leaves. Pre-orders ship once stock lands — see the Pre-Order tab.

How much is shipping?

Free over $200 AUD Australia-wide. Under $200 it is a flat $9.95 to NSW · VIC · ACT · QLD, or $15.95 to WA · NT · TAS · SA. International rates show at checkout.

I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, for in-stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit at 0% fee (Sugo wallet, no expiry) or a refund to your card with a 5% fee. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. Pre-orders are not covered here — the pre-order policy applies.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

What about heavy or oversized statues?

Most items ship free over $200. Items over 22 kg or 0.25 m³ may carry a regional freight surcharge to remote areas. We always contact you with a quote before dispatch — you can approve, use your own courier, or cancel.

This is a really lovely figure; the merging of classic and futuristic style, with the added bit of quirky design, really hits the mark. The figure maintains the Goddess of Victory formula of 'super cute girl with rip your throat out combat skills' and all of this has ben turned into a faithful 3D rendition of Scarlet as seen in the RPG artwork. Good Smile Arts have sculpted her to perfection and the paint application, and colour pallet, are spot-on. I also like the inclusion of alternate parts which allow you to display her without the 'flying saucer' headgear, if you feel so inclined. The base is also worth noting, really nicely sculpted and not too big so the figure can be more easily placed on display with your other figures. Just a note of caution, the metal pins on the base are an exceptionally tight fit for the holes in the feet, if you ever want to remove her from the stand then a tiny bit of lubricant is recommended...it's too late for me, my Scarlet is on that stand forever!!😱😂
I'm totally stoked with my purchase and can't recommend this figure highly enough! The customer service from the Sugo crew was first class as always, I can't wait to see my next preorder figures when they arrive!!😁👍
