Product Description

After 18 months of development between Arx Lee and CoalDog, the very first Bumi 1/12th scaled action figure debuted!

Bilibi the naive hero, Buda who pursues her dream, Bumi the dream walker, they are all important characters Arx Lee has rendered. Arx won the special prize of 5th International Exhibition of the Japan Art Academy at age of 16. Arx graduated Guangzhou Fine Art School in oil painting, he preferring the expression with elements of comics, narratives, religion and cultural references. Then he became a professional artist whose artworks were exhibited in Paris, Brussels, Singapore and many other places. He was invited by the legendary French artist Philippe Druillet to hold a solo exhibition in Paris, 2017. and Arx is also the author of the cover of “The Three Bodies Art Illustration Collection”.

Bumi is the key character in the creation of Arx Lee in recent years, and is inspired by the Tang monk and the word ‘earth’ in Sanskrit, carrying with him/her the beautiful character moving forward in the dreams of every weary soul.

The key terms.

// 02 · Before you order
// 01 · Deposit

Non-refundable

The deposit secures the slot we reserve with the supplier. If you cancel, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee (15% on full-payment / plan orders).
// 02 · 3-day grace

Store credit

Change your mind within 3 days of ordering and we convert the deposit to store credit instead of forfeiting it. Excludes in-stock, custom & first/overseas batches.
// 03 · Price lock

No rise

If the price goes up before it lands, you still pay your pre-order price, deposit or full payment. Only non-pre-order buyers pay the new price.
// 04 · If we can't fulfil

Full refund

If the supplier drops the release or shorts our allocation, we refund the deposit in full. The one case where the deposit comes back in cash.

Common Qs.

// 03 · Pre-order FAQ

Is the deposit refundable?

+
No. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, it counts toward your final balance. The only exception is if we cannot fulfil the order due to limited supply, in which case you get a full refund.

When do I pay the rest?

+
The balance is due when the item lands at our warehouse, you have 14 days from the arrival email to settle. Prefer to spread it out? Choose Payment Plan at checkout, or contact us to arrange instalments before arrival.

What happens if I cancel?

+
If you ordered with a deposit, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee. If you paid in full or on a plan, the fee is 15% of the item total. Two ways to avoid losing it: cancel within 3 days (converted to store credit) or transfer the order to someone else at no fee, email support.

Why has the ETA changed?

+
Pre-order dates are estimates set by the manufacturer and can move with production, freight or QC. Our date may also differ from the maker's site because of shipping time to Australia. We email you when an ETA shifts, and your slot stays reserved.

Will the price go up on me?

+
No. We honour your pre-order price whether you paid a deposit or in full. If the price rises by the time stock lands, only customers who did not pre-order pay the new price.

Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items?

+
Yes. We hold the in-stock items so the whole order ships together when the pre-order lands. Want the in-stock items first? Email support, a separate shipping fee applies for the split.

Should I pre-order something as a gift for a set date?

+
We do not recommend it. Release dates are estimates and can shift by weeks or months without notice. If a fixed date matters, wait until the item is listed as In Stock.
