No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

The sculpting is incredibly refined, and the paintwork and techniques are brilliant and eye-catching. It's simply beautiful and perfect—a true work of art!

The scale is perfect, ideal for those who don't collect giant figures....
Even so, this figure is very, very, very large—larger than expected, which is fantastic!

You can't miss this figure; it will undoubtedly only increase in value over time!
The figure is surprisingly inexpensive for the quality you get; it's a museum-worthy masterpiece.
