All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

This is the most beautiful figure in my collection in the last three years. Compared to the first version, this version makes Emily more vivid and perfect. The crimson color also makes this model more attractive. I think, if you miss this product, it will take you at least three years to find a similar one. :)
Although there is a tear in the lid of the origin figure box, the figure is still intact. The package was packaged very carefully, and delivered quite quickly. Product price is very reasonable. If you look at other site in Au, you will see that their price is crazy high @@.
I have purchased many products from domestically and internationally providers. I believe that Sugo is the best one in Australia.
