I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

    What a great sculpt of my favourite Nakano sister, Miku. It’s really nice to have an example with a smile on her face, quite a rare thing for the shy and reserved quintuplet. Thanks to the usual careful packaging from Sugo, the figure’s arrived in mint condition…she will go on display when I find more space, but it’s nice to have a mint box to accompany the cute figure. Fantastic value and absolutely worth adding to my collection!!!
