After another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability to oversee and direct the team. This pressure leads the team form two camps based on differing ideologies on how they should be governed. One camp led by Tony Stark, the other led by Steve Rogers.
When their argument spills over into a physical battle, Stark seeks to add one more fresh faced hero to his team. The high-school student Peter Parker (Tom Holland) joins ranks as Spider-Man, cementing his place in the Avengers and becoming a fan favourite in the process!
𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐄
The Queen Studios 1/4 scale Spider-Man statue is painstakingly crafted to create a movie inspired depiction of the young web-slinging hero from Captain America: Civil War. The statue depicts Spider-Man, as he crouches on top of the rubble after successfully de-shielding Captain America.
Due to additional licensing restrictions, the Queen Studios team have been unable to fully recreate the scene using the airport Tug truck. Therefore, the based features elements from the infamous airport battle scene.
As an additional request, we’ve decided to change the material of the shield into metal, which adds another layer of realism!
𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗦
The 1:4 scale Spider-Man will be available in two editions, with three head sculpts.
The Standard Edition will feature two switch-out masked head sculpts. One with wide lenses, the other with narrow.
The Premium Edition will feature the two masked head sculpts, with an additional head sculpt with full Peter Parker (Tom Holland) likeness.
Finally, we will separate display stands will be available to display the extra head sculpts separately.

For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- EMS (International)

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
