Water Based Acrylic Paint

The QNC brush-on metallic paints use a cartridge-style anti-settling structure for their metallic particles, which prevents them from hardening or settling. As a result, there are no glass beads included. The metallic colors are pre-mixed formulations, and color separation is a normal occurrence. Before use, gently shake the bottle to ensure even distribution, and then proceed with application. If any paint accidentally gets on clothing, promptly remove the garment and soak it in water, rubbing the affected area to clean it off. Once the paint is fully dried, it becomes permanently waterproof and will be difficult to remove. Store the product above freezing temperatures, and as long as it has not completely hardened, adding water will restore its usability, allowing for continued use.

The QNC GT series of brush-on metallic paints are formulated using industry-leading materials tailored specifically for this purpose. The metallic particles are finely milled and tightly packed. After extensive collaboration with model enthusiasts and artists, rigorous testing, and careful material selection, the QNC GT series of brush-on metallic paints exhibit exceptional metallic lustre, vibrant reflectivity, and greatly reduced application difficulty. Additionally, QNC have specifically enhanced the water-based paint’s adhesion properties, allowing for strong adhesion to small model parts without the need for sanding or priming, eliminating concerns about paint peeling or the need for rework.

For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
