Prime 1 Studio is proud to present the latest addition to the Premium Masterline Series. 1/4 Scale PMLOTR-04DX: Uruk-Hai Berserker from the epic fantasy adventure film series: The Lord of The Rings!

Uruk-Hais are already some of the strongest and most brutal warriors of Middle-Earth however, The Battle of Helms Deep called for something else. Behold the Berserker! The Uruk-Hai Berserkers are larger, more barbaric, more blood-thirsty versions of your basic Uruk-Hai warriors. Before sent to battle, their tight-fitted helmet was filled with the blood of the enemy, sending them into a battle-frenzy!

This Uruk-Hai Berserker here stands 37 inches tall upon a Battle of Helms Deep base, featuring the Uruk-Hai flag. The Berserker stands in a victory pose, his sword high in the air. Being the main attack on the Deeping wall, they do not die easily. All throughout his body you can see fresh wounds, old wounds and even a couple of arrows that are pierced in his body. Fresh off a kill and ready for the next one, the Berserker takes no prisoners.

The Deluxe Version will allow you to display your Uruk-Hai Berserker’s ferocity in a multitude of ways. Complete with two portraits that will allow you to show the true gruesome face of the Berserker, and two switch-outs each on the left and right hands. If you want dual-wielded swords or the Berserker holding the severed head of a Rohirrim warrior, the choice is yours!

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
