Everyone knows that Batman has the most colorful, and prolific Rogues Gallery out of any superhero out there. And among the top three, Gotham City business mogul and crime boss, Oswald Cobblepot, is a constant thorn in Batman’s side!

The talented sculptors and painters at Prime 1 Studio enjoyed bringing Jason Fabok’s latest statue come to astonishing life. They have imbued this 24.8-inch-tall statue with as many real-world textures and as much realistic detailing as they could. The Penguin looks ready for a night out on the town! Decked out in his top hat, fur-lined leather coat, and one of the many umbrellas in his arsenal, Mr. Cobblepot looks like a man at the top of his game.

Prime 1 Studio has gone to great lengths to make sure The Penguin is dressed to the nines, by lining his coat with fur, and making everything else in his ensemble look like how it should feel. The thing about The Penguin, is that you almost never see him dressed down. He looks fantastic in his bowtie, waistcoat, and gold accoutrements.

This Deluxe Version is replete with a wealth of swappable parts: three (3) swappable heads (including one (1) Jason Fabok version of a familiar look from the films), three (3) swappable left hands (including a Vulture!), two (2) swappable right hands, and three (3) swappable umbrella tips!

Surrounded by his blatant display of wealth, The Penguin looks sharp on his own rooftop base, adorned with a light dusting of snow, which is telling of which season this famous Gothamite is celebrating.

And while this statue may be impressive on its own, this statue is even better when displayed together with MMDC-57S Batman Triumphant Concept Design by Jason Fabok!

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
