20 acrylics in total with 5 different designs. So max 4 of the same design in each set. I won 5 acrylics and got 5 of the same design. I know these are supposed to be random but it’s technically impossible..

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. As you know, the acrylic stand prize is part of a blind box, and each item is sealed inside a plain package to maintain the element of surprise. While receiving 5 of the same design is statistically unlikely, it is still possible due to the random nature of the blind box process.

We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
