Questions

What is the difference between the Japanese and Chinese 30th Anniversary cards?

The language and the market they are printed for. Japanese edition products are printed in Japanese for Japan. Chinese edition products are printed in Simplified Chinese for mainland China. Contents and pack counts differ from product to product, so check the table above or the product page before you order.

Do you still have the English 30th Celebration?

No. The English 30th Celebration products are sold out. We offered our English allocation to customers through two ballots in September and October 2026.

How do pre-order deposits work?

Many 30th Anniversary pre-orders let you pay a deposit at checkout and the balance when the stock arrives. If a deposit is available, the option and the amount show on the product page. You can also pay in full at checkout.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items ship from Sydney. Pre-orders ship once stock arrives, and never before the product's official release date: if stock lands early, it waits on our shelf until release day. We email you when your order is on its way, or when it is ready to collect from Hurstville or Haymarket.

The 30th Celebration customer ballot

In September 2026 we ran a customer ballot for the English 30th Celebration products. The draw has run and every selected customer was emailed a personal reveal link, which still works from that email. A second round followed in October.
