  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

    I whas very dissapointed, he came out of the box with a lot of stuff wrong or loose/broken.1: very cheap body and materials.2: paintjob whas very poor...More
    I whas very dissapointed, he came out of the box with a lot of stuff wrong or loose/broken.1: very cheap body and materials.2: paintjob whas very poor his eyes are crossed, and the stool is covered with smudges of paint, poorly cleaned.3: his seems of his war robe are loose, wich made the iron wire hang out.4: the headgear is loose, and comes off, but also half of his head is loose, thats not supposed to be I believe.5: the sword whas bend realy heavy, and hangs very loose in his handle.6: the lance and the point at the other side are not lined out so its looks like its made by a bad weapon master.7: the fabric ornaments on the shoulder and hip/leg armor hangs loose, the glue does not hold. So im a nut for guan yu, I looked out to him, but this is very bad. Jstoys should be taking it more seriously, he came like this out of the box, because this is not a childs toy. More q control, and more end of production controls before it al ships out. I dont want sugotoys getting a bad reputation selling this figure, i hope others have more luck than me... im sorry but this is a brand 3/10.
