Product Description
Wielding his vibranium bowie knives, the Native American warrior Apache scales the metallic remains of a fallen Sentinel robot. With an eagle on his chest and his belt buckle, the symbol of his courage and strength, his red and blue uniform, the colors of the classic costume, honors the legacy of his brother known as Thunderbird, who died fighting alongside the group of mutant heroes created by Professor X. The mighty mutant hero prepares to leap over any opponent that threatens his allied brothers from the X-Men group. Iron Studios proudly presents the Warpath statue, a formidable fighter, both armed and unarmed.
Born and raised on an Arizona Indian reservation, James Proudstar grew up having his older brother, John, as his idol. After his brother adopted the code name Thunderbird, he joined the X-Men but died in one of his first missions with the group of mutant heroes. For a time, James blamed Professor X for his brother’s death and sought revenge, but realizing that Xavier and his students were not to blame for his death, he joined the branch group X-Force, adopting the name Warpath and later, joining the X-Men. Created by Chris Claremont and Sal Buscema in 1984, Warpath possesses mutant powers similar to those of his late brother such as heightened senses, heightened strength, and superhuman endurance. His native Apache training and tradition made him an experienced tracker and hunter, even without the aid of his superhuman senses.
Warpath reinforces and expands the group of heroes from Iron Studios’ X-Men Vs. Sentinel statue line. The line creates the group’s biggest diorama scenario ever made, with the popular Marvel mutant group facing off against its rival Magneto, controlling the giant Sentinel robots, and legions of other enemies, which can be added to create a different scenario, according to the preference of each collector.

This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS
We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH
Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.
The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:
- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE
When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- EMS (International)
Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.
RETURN
All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
- In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
- Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
- Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
