Shipping and Return

For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

    First off, the back of the head is magnetically held on- and will only be held on magnetically if there is a bettery in the compartment. If you don't have a battery, you can maybe get the back to sort of sit there if you don't move it around, otherwise you'll have to store it. If you do have a battery, then it's a little bit fiddly but you can get it to stay and then it becomes the switch that activates the eyes, which then come on for a bit then turn off and after that are sound-activated, like a clapper- which can be cool if you have it in a case and the eyes would come on when you tap the glass. Don't judge the figure it's the first body I could find that could fit the head. And then, the head kinda sticks out too far, giving a slightly giraffe appearance if you don't cover everything up like I have done here, with extra clothes I had laying about for this random frankenstein fig I slapped together. I broke off one of his antennas trying to jam the head down onto a body neck, even though I told myself to be careful of them. I give four stars because getting it to work and look right is problematic, but in the end it's pretty cool, if you can manage all it's requirements and get it ona body without it looking too tall or too short. I like the sound activated lights, but there's also a small logo for the company on the back- luckily the logo is not ugly. The switch is a bit fiddly because of the magnets it will sometimes get knocked off- but the switches for these things are always fiddly.
