For Australian Customer:

All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

Ningguang is a very nice statue, not just for Genshin Impact fans. I bought the EX version with the big golden phoenix in the background. This background decoration makes Ningguang look even more pompous. All parts were made to fit precisely and came together easily. Of course, the Ningguang statue consists of many individual parts, which is why its stability is not as great as that of a sideshow statue. But Ningguang is better painted, especially on the face. Her eyes and detailed eyelashes and eyebrows are great. Her long hair and sleeves are also beautifully sculpted. I placed her next to my Yae Miko statue (also Dragon Studio) and the two complement each other perfectly. The appearance of the statue is great, the fit of the parts is great, the stability of the statue is okay.

What I don't understand, however, is why, even if I bought the ex version, I still didn't get the replacement leg advertised by Dragon Studio. This leg from Ningguang is without a shoe but with a bare foot. That was missing. My Yae Miko statue from Dragon Studio was already missing the replacement hand along with the Shinto staff. Dragon Studio should definitely improve on only promoting what they can deliver. Because the quality of the statue they deliver is very good.
