Though his home was a sanctuary dedicated to the dream of peace and the sharing of knowledge, Lord Elrond nevertheless garrisoned the Elf haven of Rivendell with keen warriors. Many were the enemies of the free folk of Middle-earth.
Built into a hidden valley and warded with Elvish magic, Rivendell sat nonetheless upon the doorstep of the Misty Mountains, near Troll-infested wilderness and beneath the shadow on Angmar in the north. Immortal beings, Elves had countless years to devote to the mastery of lore, craft, or swordplay. Though Elrond’s men at arms stood like serene sentinels at the entrances to the Last Homely House, they were swift-limbed and deadly soldiers, sometimes ranging the borders of the realm with their lord on horseback.
Long cloaks and shining armour they had, with tall, crested helms fashioned after those worn by the Elven King Gil-galad’s army of the Second Age. Delicate floral patterns wove themselves around the bowl of the helm and up to meet on the bladed crest, while upon the nose guard they bore the sigil of Lord Elrond, a dome of stars.

Model-maker Leonard Ellis, one of the artists behind our beloved Hobbit Hole series, has distilled this star-adorned Helm into a 1:4 scale version. Essential for collectors of fine things (and those with Elvish blood running through their veins). Accompanying your Limited Edition helm: an exclusive behind-the-scenes insert written by Weta Workshop senior concept designer and author, Daniel Falconer, detailing how the film version was brought to the big screen! Please note: images are of a pre-production prototype. Each sculpture is hand painted and minor variations will occur.
Weta Workshop’s high-quality Middle-earth collectibles are made by the very same artists and technicians who work on our film projects. It takes 4-5 hours to design, sculpt, model make, mold, and paint the prototype for each new piece. Whether it be a prop replica, beautiful environment or iconic character, we treat our collectibles with the same level of care and attention to detail that we bring to our film work.

For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

SECURE POSTAGE

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- Australia Post (eParcel)
- EMS (International)

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
