There are 2 headsculpts included that are identical in facial expression, hairstyle and direction, with the only difference being one has a normal pupil and iris, and the other has whited out eyes and an optional telepathic effect. They should have had an angry expression on the powered up version. If they couldn't do that, they should have either had a different hair style, a different face cowl, or at least have the head facing a different direction. A big opportunity missed for collectors to have more display options. Also, the ponytail comes separate from the headsculpt, and since they are identical, you have 2 pieces that are exactly the same.
The textures on the costume are good, but they needed to add some leather texturing to her boots to separate it from her bodysuit. Also, the yellow and blue on her costume is a bit brighter compared to other XM pieces.
The base is a good variation of the typical danger room/Sentinel parts/rubble trope that's been overdone in the past and most importantly has a perfect size footprint for this size character.
Not that I use or display them, but I was surprised to see this come with a display plaque which I thought they were done with a long time ago.
Overall, this is still the best Jim Lee inspired Jean Grey statue on the market and I am very happy to have her in my collection.
