No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

    A solid First Blood Rambo in 1/6. Great head sculpt and likeness. Well executed clothing and sleeping bag accessories. Metal dog tags and nice coffee cup for a bit of 'deleted scene' interest.
    I wish the Arkansas Knife-smith Jimmy Lile blade was also metal, but it's a suitable product, especially considering that it's concealed while John J appears this way.
    Could have done with a base and stand but it's solid enough to stand alone.
    Worth it.
