How fast will my order ship?

How much is shipping?
+Free over $200 AUD Australia-wide. Under $200 it is a flat $9.95 to NSW · VIC · ACT · QLD, or $15.95 to WA · NT · TAS · SA. International rates show at checkout.
I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?
+No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
+Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
+Yes, for in-stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit at 0% fee (Sugo wallet, no expiry) or a refund to your card with a 5% fee. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. Pre-orders are not covered here — the pre-order policy applies.

What about heavy or oversized statues?
+Most items ship free over $200. Items over 22 kg or 0.25 m³ may carry a regional freight surcharge to remote areas. We always contact you with a quote before dispatch — you can approve, use your own courier, or cancel.
As for the figure - well, unfortunately it had a small paint chip on the right foot - to me it looks like a QC issue in the factory, and it was packed that way - no signs of damage in the actual packaging or to the box - so can't blame Sugo for this - and can't do much about it because it's part of the figure - you can't replace the foot. Luckily, it's unnoticeable the way I have it displayed.
If you put strong light on the figure (like a torch or a display light) you can see some scratches and dusty/powdery marks under the surface of the top layer of paint. On the right leg and one the chest. Again, on display you can't notice them, but at this price point I would expect better attention to detail/QC. The right arm doesn't fit in as flush as one would like - there is a small gap - and again not that noticeable on display, but hey, at $1400 I expect better quality. In terms of the pose, I like it - it does look good on display - I have it up high - om a shelf that is 5 foot tall, so over all he sits over 6 foot up into the room. I don't really care for lights, but if they do include them then I think having AAA batteries in the base is the way to go. So, they got that right. Cell batteries are just plain stupid, and nobody wants them, and a cable isn't ideal in my opinion either - especially for me as I am displaying it up high. However, there are too many lights on him - it looks silly - especially the two sets of lights lower on his stomach and legs.
Overall, from a few feet distance and up high he displays well, and you can't notice the quality issues. I do like the pose, so I'll give it 4 out of 5. Maybe that's a bit generous? This is my first Queen Studio's figure; it might be my last - not sure if I'll give them a chance again. For this $ value I expect better quality. I've got other Iron Man figures from different manufacturers, and I think the quality is better.
But hey, that's all part of the collecting game isn't it.
