2021’s Justice League, Zack Snyder’s magnum opus for the illustrious DC pantheon, brings us a new version of the story, and with it the immortal Lord of Apokolips! Standing defiantly at over 41 inches on his scorched-earth base, Darkseid is about to show Earth the folly of their resistance.
Prime 1 Studio has labored diligently to present the New God Uxas, as he’s also known, in his most terrifying best. Darkseid is one of the most powerful beings in the whole DC Multiverse, and the experienced sculptors attempted to capture that ominous, superhuman energy through his posture, attitude and stance. The talented den of artists studied frame after frame of the Snydercut film to imbue this Darkseid statue with the proper invulnerable texturing of his skin, the layered intricacies of his clothing that features his Omega symbol, and the menacing proportions of his size. Prime 1’s skillful painters made sure to give the Darkseid statue depth and life by applying layer upon layer of the most accurate basecoat, dry brushing, dark washing, and multiple finishes to complete his awe-inspiring presence. His Apokoliptan armor painted in a dark metallic hue to reflect the darkness that envelops all who lay eyes upon him.
As if he weren’t intimidating enough, Prime 1 Studio’s wizards gave Darkseid LED-Illuminated eyes (activated by a hidden switch), to add even more peril to his frightening gaze. We’ve also equipped the God of Evil’s right hand with his war staff, for use not only in commanding his armies, but also for cracking the very Earth beneath him! And to complete this masterwork, Prime 1 Studio has given the Dark God a base befitting his godly stature: We’ve recreated the ground that crumbled at his feet upon his arrival, with molten earth, and realistic rock texturing surrounding it. And adorning his pedestal, a fitting centerpiece – his Omega symbol – once more, signifying that Darkseid is, and will always be, The End!

- PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
- Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
- Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
- Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR HEAVY ITEMS
We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH
Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.
The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.
RETURN
All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
- In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
- Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
- Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
