  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

    I was quite surprised that this figure came with a bonus. It's a shame I can't buy her partner figure (Chao Ho) at Sugo! due to out-stock. This leaves...More
    I was quite surprised that this figure came with a bonus. It's a shame I can't buy her partner figure (Chao Ho) at Sugo! due to out-stock. This leaves me to buy Chao Ho with a very high price without bonus. I tried looking everywhere for the remaining bonus of Chao Ho and there was only one store that had them (in China and it is out of stock). Very good service Sugo! You have made a unique service in this business <3.
    The package is packaged very carefully. Even though I bought it at clearance price, it is brand-new and and come with bonus (the wall scroll behind the figures). I put her in a display case so I can't get a detailed photo. In the NEONMAX box, you will see that it is packed very carefully with many layers. The details of the model are also finished in a very sharp way. It took me fifteen+ minutes to get all pieces in their place. It's great to spend just a little $290 on such figure.
