How fast will my order ship?

+

I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?

+
No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

+
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

+
Yes, for in-stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit at 0% fee (Sugo wallet, no expiry) or a refund to your card with a 5% fee. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. Pre-orders are not covered here — the pre-order policy applies.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

+

What about heavy or oversized statues?

+
Most items ship free over $200. Items over 22 kg or 0.25 m³ may carry a regional freight surcharge to remote areas. We always contact you with a quote before dispatch — you can approve, use your own courier, or cancel.

We're truly sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience caused. It appears there was a mistake on our listing as the first batch had sold out, but we didn’t update the price for the second batch correctly. We apologize for this oversight. The latest bonus batch has just arrived this week, and we’ll ensure that your order is shipped out with priority. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication, and we appreciate your understanding.
