Description
This is a posable action figure. Kaiyodo brings us a “Jizai Okimono” action figure of a Torumekian Ship Soldier from “Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind”! He’s one of the soldiers who operate the flying boats and man the gun positions. The special helmet uses clear material for the visor part that’s integrated with the mask; it can be flipped up. In addition to the details seen in the theatrical anime version, details from the original manga are also incorporated, resulting in a realistic finish where you can see the materials and stitching of each part, as if it were a real costume. Details such as the pouch and holster on the waist belt and the cartridge holder on the chest are arranged with consideration for the realism of combat uniforms. The moss-green outfit used for working inside the ship has been carefully shadow-painted to create a textured look. The entire body is fully posable, and the joint balance takes into account the human skeleton for realistic poses. The hem of the jacket is connected with soft material to ensure a wide range of motion, too. The handgun and long gun are included, as are a long sword and short sword, so you can express a variety of fighting styles. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH
Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.
The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

- EMS (International)
Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.
RETURN
All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Sugo Toys within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown is provided by the Manufacturer and for reference only. The actual delivery date is subject to the manufacturer release date. We will ship the product(s) to you once we have them in stock.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item into our warehouse, or in installments leading up to arrival (This can be arranged by contacting our customer service).
- In the event that the pre-order item is discontinued by the manufacturer due to whatsoever reason, we shall return the payment in full to the customer who has placed the pre-order item.
- Deposit for Pre-Order items is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a shortage of supply by the manufacturer. The allocation shall then be on “First Come, First Served Basis”. Others shall be placed under the waiting list for the next delivery.
- Sugo Toys is not liable for any delay by the manufacturer, discontinued production and shortage in the allocation of stock.
